Can I order last minute?
We totally get it — last-minute meetings happen all the time!
You can absolutely reach out to us for short-notice orders, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
When your order is within the 3 day cutoff time before your event, contact our team:

Please note that orders placed less than 3 business days before delivery are subject to a 10% last-minute fee, as they require quick coordination from our kitchen and logistics teams.
Whats your cancellation policy?
Orders canceled less than 3 days prior to delivery are invoiced 100%.
Orders with the value over 1000 euro canceled less than 5 weekdays prior are invoiced 100%.
Our policy takes into account order preparations which begin well in advance, including ordering ingredients, reserving kitchen capacity, and scheduling our staff. 
Can I pay with invoicing?
Sure! The default payment method for website orders is credit card, but our team can activate the invoicing payment method for you. 
In order to do that, please send your invoicing details to sales@fyge.fi and our team will get back to you quickly!
What’s your delivery fee?
We deliver orders within the Helsinki, Espoo, and Vantaa areas. The delivery fee is €65 + VAT.
Our delivery service includes:
  • Delivery directly to your location 
  • Food neatly packed in ready-to-serve boxes & trays, ready to enjoy
  • Clear labelling with dietary information for each tray/box

What's extra delivery charge?
If your order includes a pick-up after the event (e.g. rented cutleries, coffee thermoses, setup), this is charged 65€ separately from the delivery fee.
What does table setup mean?
At Fygë, breathtaking food tables are our specialty. We recommend choosing our signature table setup for occasions with 20 guests or more—it’s the perfect way to turn your catering into a visual and culinary experience.
The Fygë Table Setup includes:
  • Rental of props such as wooden trays, baskets, elevation, decoration and serving tongs
  • Cleaning of all props after the event – no hassle for you
  • Customized menu printout to display on the table
For example, a table setup for 50 guests typically requires a 2-meter-long table (provided by the host) and 1.5 hours for setup. We always align on the practical details in advance to ensure everything goes smoothly.
What does last minute fee mean?
Our 10% last-minute fee applies to catering orders placed less than 3 business days before the delivery date.
This fee covers the extra coordination required for:
  • Ingredient sourcing on short notice
  • Adjusting kitchen and staff schedules
  • Ensuring on-time delivery despite the tight turnaround
We always recommend placing your order early to secure availability and avoid the last-minute surcharge. However, we understand that sometimes things come up—and we do our best to help even on short notice!
If you’re unsure whether your order qualifies as last-minute, just reach out—we’re happy to clarify.
How late can I finalize the guest count?
Please provide the headcount and dietary information latest 5 days prior to the delivery.
Changes to your order can be made up to 5 days before delivery. This way, we can ensure the availability for all dietary requirements and special items in your order.
What dietary restrictions you cater to?
We have delicious options for common restrictions such as gluten free (GF), vegan (VG), lactose free (LF), nut free (NF).
You will notice that vegan and gluten-free options are charged +15% of the product/menu price due to the higher ingredient price.
For any other allergies and special dietary requests, please notify us at checkout in the comment box.

We reserve the right to provide alternatives to accommodate other special dietary needs or preferences.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free of traces of the main 16 allergens, including: 
  • Cereals containing gluten (eg. wheat, rye, barley, oats)
  • Celery
  • Eggs
  • Fish
  • Lupin
  • Milk (including lactose)
  • Molluscs (such as mussels, oysters)
  • Mustard
  • Nuts (incl almonds)
  • Peanuts
  • Sesame seeds
  • Shellfish (crabs, lobster, prawns)

Can you provide us with cutlery?
Absolutely!
We offer cutlery, plates, napkins, and cups as an additional service. These can be either disposable eco-friendly options or reusable rental items, depending on your event needs.

How do I estimate food amounts?
The right amount of food depends on the type of event, time of day, and how the food is served.
Here are some general guidelines:
  • Light breakfast & afternoon snack: 2–3 items per person
  • Lunch or filling setup: 4–6 items per person
  • Cocktail-style events or celebrations: 5–8 bites per person
  • Full-day events: Combine meals and snacks depending on the schedule
Also consider:
  • Will people be standing or seated?
  • Will there be alcohol or additional food/drinks?
  • How long does the event last?

Minimum order requirements?
For some of our products we do have minimum order quantities in place to help reduce food waste during the production.
That said, we do cater to a wide range of group sizes, from small teams of 5 people to large events with 600+ guests.
If you're planning a smaller meeting, we’re happy to recommend the best menu options that work well for your group size. Just send us an email to sales@fyge.fi and we’ll find a solution that fits!
What info do you need to send a quote?
To give you an accurate and quick quote via email, it helps if you can share the following:
  • Date and time of your event
  • Number of guests (or approximate)
  • Type of event (e.g. breakfast, lunch, afterwork, celebration)
  • Any dietary restrictions
  • Preferred menu or theme (if you have one in mind)
  • Do you need any additional services? (e.g. table setup, cutlery, staff)

Do you provide alcohol services?
While we don’t sell alcohol directly, we do offer bartending services for your event. Our team can serve the drinks, ensuring everything is handled smoothly.
Additionally, we partner with trusted providers who can supply alcohol for your event. If you need this service, just let us know, and we’ll coordinate everything for you!
